Respect for consumer rights

We guarantee compliance with all terms of the Consumer Protection Code for purchases in our store.

To request the return of your product, you must observe a period of up to seven days after receiving the product for us to carry out the reverse logistics process, providing all the support for the product to be returned and the amount paid for it as well.

You can return or exchange your product in the following situations:

- product received with damage or any defect

- product received in disagreement with the order

- regret of the purchase, if it was made in our online store.

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.

The return of the product must be made together with the Invoice of purchase, after receiving the code for reverse logistics from the Post Office.
